If unopened, refrigerated packages, will safely store for a couple of months. Once opened, the Salmon should be enjoyed immediately or refrigerated for up to seven days.
A few delicious smoked salmon suggestions:

- Tossed into a green salad with a lemony dressing.
- Stirred into hot pasta with a light tomato sauce, green onions, fresh parsley, and extra-virgin olive oil.


Our wild-caught Olympic Peninsula Smoked Salamon is brined Salmon that has been hardwood smoked. Our packages are 12 ounces, vacuum sealed, and last a few weeks on the shelf.
